From startups & burnout toĀ ADHD.

I spent years in Finland’s startup community, mentoring founders, helping them get initial traction and validating their ideas. Along the way, I experienced burnout and found myself back at square one every time I started a new project, only to crash meters from the finish line.

Discovering my own ADHD has been a turning point. Now, I'm finally able to run my business projects in a way that works for my brain, not exhausting myself, and not in constant catch-up mode fueled by endless procrastination.
